In summer, the catering service is provided in the outdoor gardens with stunning views.
Our products are locally selected and everything is home made to properly taste our original and traditional products in a very healthy way.
For those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and great atmosphere of Tenuta Casteani during lunch time, we can also offer light lunches, aperitives and snacks.

From breakfast to dinner, we use the products of our farmhouse together with other products from local farms of certified origins, always prioritising the short supply chain.
At Casteani we serve only traditional Tuscan products. We strictly use PDO and PGI and IGP products to guarantee our quality: from pasta, to cakes, cookies and biscuits. We use ground wheat flour from the old mills in the area.
Meat and cold meats come from Maremman farms game dishes are cooked following traditional standards of preparation, based on our expertise as hunters. The cheese, milk, other dairy products as well as eggs are exclusively of Maremman origin. Honey, oil and wines are products of our estate. Vegetables come directly from our garden.
When we cannot find local products, we select food according to European and national norms regulating food chains and products.
In order to guarantee healthy and fresh food, our menu is fixed and changes every day according to the availability of seasonal products.
