The room is located on the first floor of the Casa del Fattore, the Farmer’s house, the traditional manor house of the Maremman farms. The room has a wonderful view and is composed of spacious and elegant bedroom with a double and a single bed, with the possibility of adding an additional single bed, wardrobe room and a bathroom with a large window, double sink and a jacuzzi.
The room overlooks a quiet and panoramic living room with a fireplace, reserved only for the three rooms of the farmer’s house.

From the portico, in the splendid courtyard of the swimming pools, you can find eight rooms with private entrance, each one composed of a double bed with the possibility of adding a single bed on request, and a private bathroom with shower.
The rooms are bright with large windows, offering a view of the vineyards and the woods of the estate. The sunrise light shines from the hill of the vineyard and plays with our imagination, giving us a moment to enjoy the beauty of nature, while the lights of the sunset introduce a more romantic atmosphere.
