VERMENTINO DOC MAREMMA TOSCANA

Serin is the white wine of Tenuta Castea­ni, obtained from a selection of pure Vermentino’s grapes. After a manual harvest, we got the must through by the soft pressing has been fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16° C and afterwards it aged for 6 months between steel and bottle. Bright straw yellow colour with gold nuances. lts scents express the nature of our vineyard and our Terroir: the sapidity of sea and the fruity acidity of white peach pulp, the freshness of lime, the floral elegance of broom and linden, the aromatic intensity of Mediterranean herbs, thyme and rosemary.

Very good in pairing with shellfish, raw fish and white meat dishes.
